Rental Rates and Conditions
Rates to reserve Creekside Event Center vary depending on the day of the week and the time of year. Our high season is during the summer months since this is when Creekside is in the highest demand for weddings, while our low season is during the winter months.
Weekends extend, if requested from Friday evening until Sunday morning to allow time to decorate, set up and clean up at the end.
November 2017 - April 2018...........$3,000
May 2018 - October 2018.............$3,500
Weekday weddings and any other weekday events which use the main room - $1,000 (one day only) Weekdays are defined as Monday through Thursday.
Meetings of 40 or less guests can use the front room. The rate is $300 for up to 3 hours on a weeknight and $400 on a weekend except during the summer and $50/hr thereafter. Dishes, silverware and glasses can be rented for this room only.
Other Details and Conditions...
If no events are scheduled 45 days prior to a weekend, either Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday can be reserved for the day for only $1,000. This does not apply to weddings.
A $1,000 deposit is required to hold the date. Final payment, together with a $500 refundable damage deposit, must be made at least 45 days prior.
Proof of event insurance for weddings is required and verification provided at least 45 days prior.
A licensed bartender must be hired if hard liquor is served and a banquet permit obtained ($10) The building includes a separate bar with full facilities.
We can accommodate up to 225 guest outdoors and 225 guests indoors if both rooms are used (175 if only the main room is used). Rectangular tables and white chairs are provided at no additional charge as well as a list of caterers, musicians, bartenders, photographers and florists if requested. White tablecloths are available to rent onsite.
The building is wheelchair accessible.
On-site parking is available for over 100 vehicles
The site is 2.5 acres with a year round creek running between the Gazebo where weddings are held and the main building where the receptions are usually held. If weather is inclement the wedding can be held indoors.
The site is roughly 90 minutes from downtown Seattle, 80 minutes from Portland and 5 minutes from the I-5 freeway. It's a few miles south of Chehalis.
The building is relatively new having been rebuilt in 2008 although the site had been previously used for a historic restaurant (Mary McCranks) since 1935.
